Task Force

We are proud to organize and partner with a national Task Force on Asian Pacific American History and Culture engaging an initial 30+ APA organizations representing all ethno-racial sub-groups under the broad APA umbrella plus 18 renowned APA history academics.

The Task Force is our effort to gather, collect, compose, and bring to fore the unique and disaggregated histories, stories, priorities, challenges, and contributions of each of the Asian Pacific American sub-groups from their perspective. The end product of the Task Force's work will be presented as curatorial input and expectations that comes from the "ground-up" from the APA communities, and will be shared with the Commission and relevant Congress members and public officials for their consideration.
